Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" to check your selection of items and quantities - please check your order before submitting.
When you are happy that your order is complete, please click on the "Checkout" button which will ask for your details and then transfer you to Worldpay's Secure Payment systems.
Please check when entering card details to ensure the Card Security code (last 3 digits of the code on the back of the signature strip) is entered carefully - if this is incorrect Worldpay will decline the transaction as a security measure
When you have input your details into Worldpay and you receive a Payment Successful page, please click on the View Merchant receipt button. This will generate a receipt page for you to print and once you have finished on this page please click the "Done" button at the bottom. This will generate an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

Shipping And Handling
We ship to the UK and Europe only.
Shipping & handling within the UK is calculated on order value as follows:-
All orders are Free P & P and sent by First Class post - Any order over £40 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery also postage free - Please note we only ship to the UK and Europe
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to ship all parcels within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays - We always do our best to post your order the same day if placed by 3.30pm
Back Orders
We try to keep the website up to date with stock information, however if after placing your order your item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise this and give an estimated delivery time. You will have the option to wait or have a refund. We do not operate a back ordering system for items which are already marked as out of stock at the time of placing your order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. If you are shopping from the Channel Islands please select Channel Islands from the list of countries, this will deduct the VAT from your order.
Credit Card Security
We use Worldpay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group to process our credit and debit card tansactions, so you can be assured of the high level of credit card security.
Worldpay Statement:
We take every step necessary to ensure your shopping experience is secure and safe. All Worldpay merchants have undergone rigourous assesment. As well as this WorldPay process and hold all cardholders details so that the shop never receives your card details. This is all taken care of using our secure servers and WorldSelect payment systems.
Guarantee
Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt - unsuitable items (as opposed to faulty) are returned at your expense, we are unable to exchange paper/cardstock and stickers taken off the roll unless faulty. Please see our Returns Policy in regard to faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note,
if returning goods which are unsuitable these must be recieved in resaleable condition and the original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
If an item is ordered in error and returned and the adjusted total of goods ordered total is then below our Free Postage limit of £35 a postage charge will be deducted from the refund due.
In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. In the case of goods the 7 working days must start from the day after the day that you receive the goods.
